Young people are transferred to SOS Youth Care Nepalgunj. It provides quality care to the young people when they are transferred from SOS families. We have separate Youth Care for boys and girls. They live in a semi-independent setup with the supervision by professional counselors and educationists. Young people are offered with the best possible education and training opportunities available in the country to make them employable and financially self-reliant.
Similarly, SOS Hermann Gmeiner Surkhet is in the premises of the village. It has been providing education opportunities to the children’s from the village and nearby community. We help children shape their own futures and we share in the development of their communities through quality education. 

The SOS Medical Centre at Bansgadi provides quality health service to the children and their families in the nearby community. It is offering easy access to basic health facilities to the people.  SOS Social Center was established to provide services to the neighborhood children. The neighborhoods were very poor and they had no easy access to medical facilities. The infant death rate was very high. Therefore, we started with Day Care facility, nutrition to improve the health and overall development of the neighbourhood children. Because of their poverty, many children who were of the school going age were deprived of education. We provided them Child Literacy Programme. Many such children were benefited. Now this center is helping many poor women of the neighborhood through skill development programme since its inception.
